Floor-Mounted Clamping Straps for FlowStop Installation
Depending on the size of your FlowStop and the condition of your flooring, we may recommend using floor-mounted straps.
These are provided at no additional cost when needed.
When should straps be used?
- If your FlowStop is wider than 78” and isn’t against a support (like a door).
- If your FlowStop is over 118” wide.
- If the floor surface is damaged and requires extra pressure from the bottom to seal properly.

The straps are secured to the ground using D-ring Tie Down Anchors. These rings can be mounted permanently in the ground or screwed at will on a permanent anchor.
