FlowStop is a very reputable company. Their sales representative provided excellent advice from the initial site survey to the delivery of the flood barriers. Training on how to install the equipment was provided after delivery. Their technical and after-sales service is very responsive from the first request. Highly recommended!

Very satisfied with their inflatable flood barrier. I had a small problem with the inflation pump, but I sent an email and 48 hours later, the pump was replaced. Excellent customer service (always available by phone and email). I recommend this company.

0=0 I invested 5000 euros in 4 flow stops, water constantly leaks through. My neighbor bought one, same thing. Avoid at all costs

+1
Excellent experience with FlowStop. The teams provided me with excellent support during the installation of my flood barriers, offering precise advice tailored to the configuration of my openings. The devices integrate seamlessly, and the support provided during installation is a real strength. I would particularly like to thank Jordi, who is highly competent, available, and responsive, as well as all the FlowStop teams I had the opportunity to interact with. Everyone demonstrated professionalism and took the time to answer my questions and help me optimize the installation. This support is especially valuable for this type of system, which sometimes requires a few adjustments to achieve the best possible result. After being convinced by the solution myself, I discussed it with my neighbors in my building, several of whom were also interested in the system. Therefore, I confidently recommend FlowStop. Reliable service, available team, good customer support, and a solution I readily recommend.

Received very good quality equipment, well packaged. Easy to install and no doubt about its effectiveness. I hope I won't have to use all 4 of my flowstops!

Excellent communication during the quote preparation process and very reasonable delivery time. The concept is good, but in my opinion, not quite ready for mass production. Although I haven't tested it during a flood, the result seems very dependent on the installation, which isn't as simple as it appears. I would still recommend this device.
